In addition to the new Start menu in Windows 10 you can also RIGHT click the Windows icon to see an alternative menu that leads to some direct options you might find very handy. For example to Uninstall a program you need to navigate to the Control Panel>Apps and Features pane. This menu takes you there directly. Additional useful shortcuts on this menu are the Sign Out command which does not appear on the main Start menu, and the Run command which if you used it previous to windows 10 will know how useful that is. Try it, it will save you time.
