Change case in Word

How many times have you been typing and found the Caps lock was on and you have typed away in CAPS without realizing? Then you delete your text and start again right? —WRONG Use the following steps to change the case automatically. METHOD A Highlight your incorrect text On the toolbar in newer versions of MS Word you will see a small icon shown here. Click it to get the options. METHOD B Highlight your incorrect text Hold down the SHIFT key Press the F3 key once each time to scroll through the case type you want.   Actually there are more ‘case’ types than you may have realized. Sentence case: The first letter is capitalized.
