I have known Dave for six years, and in that time he has come to my home on a regular basis to teach me how to use my computer correctly and efficiently, and he has also sorted out any problems I have had with regard to I.T.. He is a natural teacher, and he is clearly a highly-experienced expert when it comes to I.T. matters. Earlier this year he met me in a computer shop, advised me as to which computer to buy, and then set it all up in my home. He answers all questions effectively, and he is always pleasant to deal with. He is available during the day when someone is in a state of panic as regards the computer.
For his approach to everything I give him 5 out of 5 stars.
